그리고 하나님이 말씀하시되 / 땅으로 하여금 생산하게 하라 / 살아 있는 생물을 / 그 종류대로 / 가축과 기는 것 / 그리고 땅의 짐승을 / 그 종류대로 / 그러자 그렇게 되었다.

25 And God made / the beast of the earth / after his kind, / and cattle / after their kind, / and every thing that creepeth / upon the earth / after his kind: / and God saw / that it was good.

그리고 하나님은 만드셨다 / 땅의 짐승을 / 그 종류대로 / 가축을 / 그 종류대로 / 그리고 모든 기는 것을 / 땅 위를 / 그 종류대로 / 하나님이 보시기에 / 그것은 좋았다

26 And God said, / Let us make man / in our image, / after our likeness: / and let them have dominion / over the fish of the sea, / and over the fowl of the air, / and over the cattle, / and over all the earth, / and over every creeping thing / that creepeth upon the earth.

그리고 하나님이 말씀하시되 / 우리가 사람을 만들자 / 우리의 형상으로 / 우리의 생김새를 따라 / 그리고 그들 (사람) 로 다스리게 하자 / 바다의 물고기와 / 공중의 새와 / 가축과 / 모든 땅과 / 모든 기는 것을 / 땅위를 기는

27 So God created man / in his own image, / in the image of God / created he him; / male and female  / created he them.

그래서 하나님은 사람을 만들었다 / 그 (하나님) 의 형상을 따라 / 하나님의 형상대로 / 그 (사람) 를 창조핫셨는데 / 남자와 여자를 / 그가 만드셨다

28 And God blessed them, / and God said unto them, / Be fruitful, / and multiply, / and replenish / the earth, / and subdue it: / and have dominion / over the fish of the sea, / and over the fowl of the air, / and over every living thing / that moveth / upon the earth.

그리고 하나님이 그들 (사람)을 축복하시고 / 그들에게 말씀하셨다 / 생육하고 / 번성하며 / 가득 채우라 / 땅을 / 그것 (땅) 을 정복하고 / 다스려라 / 바다의 물고기와 / 공중의 새와 / 모든 살아있는 생물들을 / 움직이는 / 땅 위를

29 And God said, / Behold, / I have given you / every herb / bearing seed, / which is upon the face of all the earth, / and every tree, / in the which is the fruit of a tree / yielding seed; / to you / it shall be for meat.

하나님이 말씀하셨다 / 보라 / 내가 너에게 주었다 / 모든 풀을 / 씨를 맺는 / 지면 위에 있는 / 그리고 모든 나무를 / 그 속에 그 나무의 열매가 있는 / 씨를 맺는 (열매) / 너에게 있어서 / 그것이 음식이 되리라

30 And to every beast of the earth, / and to every fowl of the air, / and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, / wherein there is life, / I have given / every green herb / for meat: / and it was so.

그리고 땅의 모든 짐승에게와 / 공중의 모든 새에게와 / 땅 위를 기는 모든 것에게 / 거기에 생명이 있는 (모든 것에게) / 나는 주었다 / 모든 푸른 채소를 / 음식물로 / 그러자 그렇게 되었다

31 And God saw every thing / that he had made, / and, behold, / it was very good. / And the evening and the morning / were the sixth day.

창세기 1장

1 태초에 하나님이 천지를 창조하시니라
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

2 땅이 혼돈하고 공허하며 흑암이 깊음 위에 있고 하나님의 영은 수면 위에 운행하시니라
2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 하나님이 이르시되 빛이 있으라 하시니 빛이 있었고
3 And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

4 빛이 하나님이 보시기에 좋았더라 하나님이 빛과 어둠을 나누사
4 God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness.

5 하나님이 빛을 낮이라 부르시고 어둠을 밤이라 부르시니라 저녁이 되고 아침이 되니 이는 첫째 날이니라
5 God called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning-the first day.

6 하나님이 이르시되 물 가운데에 궁창이 있어 물과 물로 나뉘라 하시고
6 And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water."

7 하나님이 궁창을 만드사 궁창 아래의 물과 궁창 위의 물로 나뉘게 하시니 그대로 되니라
7 So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.

8 하나님이 궁창을 하늘이라 부르시니라 저녁이 되고 아침이 되니 이는 둘째 날이니라
8 God called the expanse "sky." And there was evening, and there was morning-the second day.

9 하나님이 이르시되 천하의 물이 한 곳으로 모이고 뭍이 드러나라 하시니 그대로 되니라
9 And God said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear." And it was so.

10 하나님이 뭍을 땅이라 부르시고 모인 물을 바다라 부르시니 하나님이 보시기에 좋았더라
10 God called the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters he called "seas." And God saw that it was good.

11 하나님이 이르시되 땅은 풀과 씨 맺는 채소와 각기 종류대로 씨 가진 열매 맺는 나무를 내라 하시니 그대로 되어
11 Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds." And it was so.

12 땅이 풀과 각기 종류대로 씨 맺는 채소와 각기 종류대로 씨 가진 열매 맺는 나무를 내니 하나님이 보시기에 좋았더라
12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.

13 저녁이 되고 아침이 되니 이는 셋째 날이니라
13 And there was evening, and there was morning-the third day.

14 하나님이 이르시되 하늘의 궁창에 광명체들이 있어 낮과 밤을 나뉘게 하고 그것들로 징조와 계절과 날과 해를 이루게 하라
14 And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years,

15 또 광명체들이 하늘의 궁창에 있어 땅을 비추라 하시니 그대로 되니라
15 and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so.

16 하나님이 두 큰 광명체를 만드사 큰 광명체로 낮을 주관하게 하시고 작은 광명체로 밤을 주관하게 하시며 또 별들을 만드시고
16 God made two great lights-the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.

17 하나님이 그것들을 하늘의 궁창에 두어 땅을 비추게 하시며
17 God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth,

18 낮과 밤을 주관하게 하시고 빛과 어둠을 나뉘게 하시니 하나님이 보시기에 좋았더라
18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good.

19 저녁이 되고 아침이 되니 이는 넷째 날이니라
19 And there was evening, and there was morning-the fourth day.

20 하나님이 이르시되 물들은 생물을 번성하게 하라 땅 위 하늘의 궁창에는 새가 날으라 하시고
20 And God said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky."

21 하나님이 큰 바다 짐승들과 물에서 번성하여 움직이는 모든 생물을 그 종류대로, 날개 있는 모든 새를 그 종류대로 창조하시니 하나님이 보시기에 좋았더라
21 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

22 하나님이 그들에게 복을 주시며 이르시되 생육하고 번성하여 여러 바닷물에 충만하라 새들도 땅에 번성하라 하시니라
22 God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth."

23 저녁이 되고 아침이 되니 이는 다섯째 날이니라
23 And there was evening, and there was morning-the fifth day.

24 하나님이 이르시되 땅은 생물을 그 종류대로 내되 가축과 기는 것과 땅의 짐승을 종류대로 내라 하시니 그대로 되니라
24 And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so.

25 하나님이 땅의 짐승을 그 종류대로, 가축을 그 종류대로, 땅에 기는 모든 것을 그 종류대로 만드시니 하나님이 보시기에 좋았더라
25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.

26 하나님이 이르시되 우리의 형상을 따라 우리의 모양대로 우리가 사람을 만들고 그들로 바다의 물고기와 하늘의 새와 가축과 온 땅과 땅에 기는 모든 것을 다스리게 하자 하시고
26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

27 하나님이 자기 형상 곧 하나님의 형상대로 사람을 창조하시되 남자와 여자를 창조하시고
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

28 하나님이 그들에게 복을 주시며 하나님이 그들에게 이르시되 생육하고 번성하여 땅에 충만하라, 땅을 정복하라, 바다의 물고기와 하늘의 새와 땅에 움직이는 모든 생물을 다스리라 하시니라
28 God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."

29 하나님이 이르시되 내가 온 지면의 씨 맺는 모든 채소와 씨 가진 열매 맺는 모든 나무를 너희에게 주노니 너희의 먹을 거리가 되리라
29 Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.

30 또 땅의 모든 짐승과 하늘의 모든 새와 생명이 있어 땅에 기는 모든 것에게는 내가 모든 푸른 풀을 먹을 거리로 주노라 하시니 그대로 되니라
30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-everything that has the breath of life in it-I give every green plant for food." And it was so.

31 하나님이 지으신 그 모든 것을 보시니 보시기에 심히 좋았더라 저녁이 되고 아침이 되니 이는 여섯째 날이니라
31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning-the sixth day.
