신한은행 외국인 고객 신규계좌 개설 시 변경사항 안내

■ 변경사유 : 국제조세조약과 국제조세조정에관한법률에 따라 비거주 외국인 고객이 제출하여야 하는 한국 이외 거주국 증빙서류 변경

■ 변경내용

* 한국거주자 증빙

① 외국인등록증, 영주증

② 외국국적동포국내거소신고증+출입국사실증명원(183일 이상 거주)

**한국 외 거주국가 증빙자료

① 자신의 거주관할권의 공인된 정부기관이 발급한 거주자 증명서류

② 거주자의 납세한 사실을 확인할 수 있는 서류(비거주자로서 납세한 증명서는 불가)

③ 주소와 성명이 기재된 신분증/증명서

■ The reason of changes :

According to the International Tax treaty and the International Tax Adjustment Act, foreign customers who are not resident in Korea must submit documents proving their international residence outside of Korea.

■ Details in changes

* Proof of residence in Korea

① Residence card, Permanent resident card.

② Overseas Korean Resident card + Certificate of Entry & Exit (resident more than 183 days)

**Non-Korea residents supporting document

① Proof of residence issued by an authorized government agency in your jurisdiction of residence

② Documents confirming the fact that the resident has paid the tax (certificate of tax payment as a non-resident is not acceptable)

③ An id card or supporting document with customer’s name and address.

新韩银行外国人顾客开设新账户时的变更事项通知

■ 变更理由 : 根据国际租税条约和国际租税调整相关法律, 变更为暂未取得韩国国内居住证明外国人顾客必须提交韩国以外居住国家证明材料

■ 变更内容

* 居住在韩国国内的证明材料
① 外国人登录证, 永驻证
② 外籍同胞国内住所申报证+出入境事实证明（居住183天以上）

** 居住在韩国以外国家的证明材料

① 自己居住管辖权内公认的政府机关发行的居住者证明材料

② 可以确认居住者和纳税事实的材料(非居住者不能使用纳税证明)

③ 写有地址和姓名的身份证/证明书
