윈도우 S 모드 - windou S modeu

Windows 11 S 모드는 보안 및 성능을 위해 설계되고, 앱에서만 실행되는 Microsoft Store. Microsoft Store에서 제공되지 않는 앱을 설치하려면 S 모드에서 전환해야 합니다. 

S 모드의 Windows 11은 Windows 11 Home 버전에서만 사용할 수 있습니다.  S 모드의 Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise 또는 Education 버전이 있는 경우 해당 버전의 Windows 11에서 S 모드를 사용할 수 없기 때문에 Windows 업데이트는 Windows 11을 제공하지 않습니다.  따라서 S 모드의 Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise 또는 Education 버전이 있는 경우 Windows 11로 업그레이드하려면 S 모드에서 전환해야 합니다.

S 모드에서 전환은 단방향입니다. 스위치를 만들면 S 모드에서 다시 Windows 10 Windows 11 수 없습니다. S 모드에서 전환할 수 있는 요금은 없습니다.

1. S 모드에서 Windows 11을 실행하는 PC에서 설정> 시스템 > 정품 인증을 엽니다.

2. 저장소로 Windows 11Pro 섹션에서 저장소로  이동을 선택합니다. ('Windows 버전 업그레이드' 섹션도 표시되는 경우에는 화면에 나타난 'Microsoft Store로 이동' 링크를 클릭하지 않도록 유의해야 합니다.)

3. Microsoft Store에 표시되는 S 모드에서 전환(또는 이와 유사한) 페이지에서 다운로드 버튼을 선택합니다. 페이지에 확인 메시지가 표시되면 Microsoft Store 외부에서 앱을 설치할 수 있습니다.

1. Windows 10 S 모드를 실행 중인 PC에서 설정  > 업데이트 및 보안  > 정품 인증을 엽니다.

2. Windows 10 Home으로 전환 또는 Windows 10 Pro로 전환 섹션에서 Microsoft Store로 이동을 선택합니다. ('Windows 버전 업그레이드' 섹션도 표시되는 경우에는 화면에 나타난 'Microsoft Store로 이동' 링크를 클릭하지 않도록 유의해야 합니다.)

3. Microsoft Store에 표시되는 S 모드에서 전환(또는 이와 유사한) 페이지에서 다운로드 버튼을 선택합니다. 페이지에 확인 메시지가 표시되면 Microsoft Store 외부에서 앱을 설치할 수 있습니다.

Windows 11 in S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to switch out of S mode. 

Windows 11 in S mode is only available in the Windows 11 Home edition.  If you have the Pro, Enterprise, or Education editions of Windows 10 in S mode, Windows Update will not offer Windows 11 because S mode is not available in those editions of Windows 11.  Therefore, if you have the Pro, Enterprise or Education editions of Windows 10 in S mode, you'll need to switch out of S mode to upgrade to Windows 11.

Switching out of S mode is one-way. If you make the switch, you won't be able to go back to Windows 10 or Windows 11 in S mode. There's no charge to switch out of S mode.

1. On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings  > System  > Activation.

2. In the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an "Upgrade your edition of Windows" section, be careful not to click the "Go to the Store" link that appears there.)

3. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button. After you see a confirmation message on the page, you'll be able to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store.

주의 : S 모드에서 전환은 단방향이며, S 모드에서 전환하면 Windows 10 표준 버전을 계속 사용해야 합니다.

(Windows 10 -> Windows 10 S 변경 불가)

제가 가진 랩탑은 아래와 같이 Windows 10 Home in S mode 가 적용되어 있으므로 표준모드로 바꿔보겠습니다.

1)시작 버튼을 누르고 설정(Settings)을 누릅니다.

​

2) 설정 페이지에서 업데이트 및 보안(Update & Security)을 클릭합니다.

​

3) 정품 인증 (Activation)에서 윈도우10 S모드인걸 확인하고 스토어로 이동(Go to the Store)을 클릭합니다.

4) S 모드에서 나가기 (Switch out of S mode)에서 다운로드(get)를 클릭하면 마이크로소프트 계정 로그인 화면이 뜨는데

계정이 없으면 새롭게 가입하거나 기존에 있는 마소 계정을 입력하여 진행하면 ​잠시 후 작업이 완료되었다는 창이 뜹니다.

5) 정품인증 화면에 가면 Home in S mode가 아닌 Windows 10 Home으로 바뀐 걸 확인할 수 있습니다.
